12 Etsy Finds

Here we go again with a collection of Etsy items that I currently love. Etsy has a lot of random items on it but if you dig deep enough you can find lots of beautiful things too…like Beth Victoria wallpapers and tables!

1 – Bud vase 2 – Incense holder 3 – Lamp 4 – Hanging planter

How cute is that incense holder! Also love the bright pop of blue in it too! The vase no.1 is also such a great piece for a dining table or mantle piece. Subtle but gorgeous.

1 – Earings 2 – Metal planter 3 – Mugs 4 – Earings!

1 – Coffee Table 2 – Wall Art 3 – Mobile 4 – Coffee Table

The leg and base of that first coffee table is just so beautiful and different. In love with the geometric design!

Hopefully my digging has found some gems that you like and can help you on the way to finding more. Another set will be coming up in a month or two so keep an eye out for that!

Thanks for visiting, Beth Victoria

Terrariums, Jars and Botanicals

Plants and flowers make a room feel bright and fresh. Here are some of our favourite ideas on getting them into your house.

These little Terrariums are cute and easy to make for any home. All you need is a glass container, a jar or a glass will work fine for this, pebbles, charcoal, soil, plants and moss. Put these into the container in order give it in a spritz of water and you’re done. If you’re looking for some cool and interesting containers for this there are a lot on Etsy for example: www.etsy.com/uk/listing/205297241/succulent-terrarium-in-a-geometric-3d?ref=favs_view_6

These bottles and jars are a great way to reuse and create something new and nice. Paint jars and bottles, or wrap wool tightly round a bottle to make neural coloured vases.

Left over wallpaper?

If you find yourself with left over bits of wallpaper or you’ve got a collection of samples, we’ve got a few things that you can do with them!

1) Use it to line your drawers!

Stick the left over bits to the bottom, sides and outside of the drawers to add pattern and colour.

2) Add a little colour to your stairs!

Use strips of the wallpaper on the rise of your stairs. Go for a colour theme, a mix match of wallpaper or one single design. You can even paint the tread to match the colour. It makes the staircase more fun and interesting!

3) Put it in a frame!

Put your left over bits of wallpaper into different frames and hang them on your wall. Gives you the option of many patterns and colours in one space and will brighten up any room. Hang them in the saloon style with a mixture of frames and patterns to make it a fun and interesting wall filler.

4) Liven up shelves and display cupboards!

Like the drawers, put the wallpaper behind shelves to make a bright new feature. Different colours and patterns make for fun storage in a kids room.

5) Use it as wrapping paper!

Make use of spare paper in this way rather than buying a whole roll of wrapping paper for one present!

6) Use it to make book covers!

Whether you’re making the book from scratch or you just want to make a plain looking book look nicer, here what you can do!

7) Make colourful pots!

Add a cover of wallpaper to jars, cans and dated vases to make new fresh colourful pen pots, vases and candle holders.

8) And all these little things!

Put them on clipboards to make your office colourfully organised. Make a colourful fire screen. Or brighten up a tray!
